Supply Chain Knowledge Center FAQs

The Supply Chain Knowledge Center is the place to stay up-to-date on trends, best practices and continuing education. You’re just a click away from:


- Microlearnings: Short, focused videos help you expand your knowledge. New topics are released monthly.

- Foundations of Supply Chain module: Self-paced, interactive content on foundational supply chain topics. 

- ASCM Supply Chain Dictionary: An essential supply chain reference tool to help you expand your vocabulary and prepare for your certification exams. 

- On-demand webinars: Covering topics across the end-to-end supply chain, developed and led by industry experts.  


Bonus: These activities in the Supply Chain Knowledge Center are eligible for certification maintenance points!


The Certification Maintenance Dashboard automatically tracks the points members earn through most ASCM activities, including those in the Supply Chain Knowledge Center. You can easily manage, and upload maintenance points earned at outside events.


Looking for insightful conversations? Discuss everything from global supply chain management to career paths to emerging trends. Connect with supply chain peers to ask questions, discuss best practices or share lessons learned. 

Anyone who is interested in supply chain! Log in with your ASCM username and password to access learning content, groups and more.


ASCM members have full access to everything available, including mentors, volunteer opportunities, certification maintenance dashboard and more. If you’re not an ASCM member, you can still use the Supply Chain Knowledge Center with limited access.

Discrepancies can occur due to various reasons such as synchronization issues, technical glitches, or recent updates to the system. If you notice a discrepancy, please email support@ascm.org for ASCM to review and adjust, if applicable.

On the ASCM website, you can manage your contact information, orders, certification status and more through My Account.  You can access My Account by clicking on your photo avatar on the top right of the navigation bar.  


On the Supply Chain Knowledge Center, you can manage your knowledge center preferences through My Profile to customize your experience.  Your profile information including your including your name, organization, title, professional designations, etc. will be pulled from My Account details.  If you need to make any edits, please update in My Account.

To request removal of your profile on the Supply Chain Knowledge Center, please contact ASCM Customer Support.
