Next Steps: Approvals
Step 1: Once your application is approved, send a message to your mentor/mentee introducing yourself and exchange contact information.
Step 2: Decide how, when and where you want to pursue your mentoring relationship. Consider the problem/purpose for the communication and choose the most appropriate delivery method.
Step 3: Agree on a schedule that works best for both of you. The most important thing is to discuss your mutual expectations about time and communication at the start of your relationship.
Step 4: Keep track of your approved, denied and pending mentor/mentee requests by clicking on the Mentorship tab on the top nagivation bar and then My Applications.
Next Steps: Denial
Step 1: If your application is was denied - no big deal!
Step 2: Go through the Match Wizard again and submit a request to someone new.
