Hi everyone,
I'm finishing my MBA in Supply Chain & Operations at Indiana University while transitioning from 4+ years as a Marine Corps Logistics Officer to civilian supply chain analyst/coordinator roles. Despite managing logistics operations for 900+ personnel and completing supply chain coursework, I'm struggling to get past ATS screening for entry-level positions because my military experience hasn't translated well on paper to civilian recruiters, and my prior education was in nutrition (MS, RD).
For those who've made similar transitions or hired veterans into supply chain roles: what certifications (CSCP vs. CPIM) and positioning strategies helped most? Happy to connect individually if anyone's willing to share lessons learned.
Thanks in advance for any guidance.

Jackson, I believe there is much more to this than what is better and would enjoy to connect and talk. I sent you a LinkedIn request to connect there as well.
