Hello everyone,
I’m excited to join the community and start my journey toward the CSCP certification.
I’m a procurement and supply chain professional from Brazil, currently working in the retail industry and involved in product launches and innovation projects, particularly in FMCG and finished goods. My experience includes strategic sourcing, cost control, supplier negotiations, and evaluating project feasibility with a strong focus on business impact and cash flow. I have a systemic view of supply chain processes and enjoy working across functions to support efficient and sustainable operations.
I recently started the CSCP Learning System and I’m looking forward to learning from this community, exchanging insights, and connecting with professionals from different parts of the world. Any tips, study recommendations, or advice from those who have already completed the CSCP journey would be greatly appreciated.
Looking forward to connecting with you all!
Best regards,
Gleidson Henrique de Almeida

Sure! So far, I’m very pleased with the content of the Learning System. Thank you for your comment, Juan.
Have a great week!
Hola Gliedson Henrique de Almeida,
Since I was short on time being a working professional like you, I took help of the guided learning sytem where an experienced cscp coach took the cohort through the books and shared his insights on each topic over the weekend.
Before the exam:
What helped me was going through the lessons, taking notes, and referring to videos on the internet regarding topics which I wasn't familiar with to get conceptual clarity. I also solved some problems to ensure i grasped the contents.
Best of luck for your journey!

Hello Gleidson,
I´m from Medellín, Colombia, and took this test 4 years ago, with all the self study tools.
I still have my study schedule and do know that I studied for 4 months, 240 hours total.
If you have any questions, please let me know.
Regards!
If you have any question just let me know, but my advice is read all information and you must understand the concepts, formulas and also understand the flash cards.
Hi Sheridan, I really liked the flashcards and they seem like a great way to help.
Thank you for your advice!
