I'm Eileen, currently working as a Staff Planner at Illumina. I hold the APICS CPIM certification and have a background in Business Applications with a specialization in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).

I bring over 15 years of experience in supply chain management across planning, operations, inventory management, ERP transformation, and process optimization. Throughout my career, I have led and contributed to various continuous improvement, digital transformation, and operational excellence initiatives, helping organizations improve service levels, optimize inventory, enhance data visibility, and drive productivity gains.

Over the years, I've also earned certifications in SAP, Predictive Analytics and AI for Inventory Optimization, Demand Planning & Forecasting, and the Supply Chain Demand Planning & Forecasting Professional (CSCD™).

I'm currently planning to pursue ASCM's Supply Planning Certificate and am passionate about continuous learning and professional growth within the supply chain field.

One of my long-term goals is to relocate internationally, so I'm keen to connect with professionals across the industry, learn from your experiences, and exchange ideas on supply chain planning, digital transformation, and operational excellence.

I'm also open to volunteering for supply chain initiatives, industry research, mentoring programs, or community projects. If there's an opportunity where I can contribute my experience and expertise, I'd love to get involved and give back to the community.
